POSE 3.0 and Codewarrior R5

Is anyone using Codewarrior R5 (for the Macintosh) successfully with the 
Color debug ROM and POSE 3.0a3?

Codewarrior is crashing on me as it is trying to transfer my application 
to the emulator. This is something that works just fine with POSE 2.1d29.

Anyone have a guess as to what I am doing wrong?

Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.
