Unfortunately the current ROMs only "know" about a limited number of
locales,thus for Swedish, Finnish, etc. you'd have to write your own
version of the OmOverlayDBNameToLocale() routine to parse the DB name.
The locale name is always constructed from the two character language
code (ISO 639) followed by the two character country code (ISO 3166).
So the name of the Memo app's Swedish overlay DB would be "Memo
Pad_svSE" (note the underscore between the base app DB name and the
locale name).
