Hi,
I have a program that has a mostly black screen. I have an option to pop up
a small form. However, it is somewhat hard to see the edges of the form. Is
there a way to create a white line around the form? The only way I can think
of doing it is to have two forms, one white only form opened up under the
new modal form.
Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
