They're not available, at least not now. The appropriate engineering folks
didn't want to release Clipper because it just uses WebLib, and they felt
very strongly about not supporting WebLib because they intended to rewrite
it substantially and don't intend to keep compatibility with the old APIs.
I don't remember the reasonings about iMessenger, but I do recall
requesting that we release it and that the decision was not to do so, for
some reasonable reason.

Someone could write one, but I don't know of any available. You won't get
the precise html back that you started with, just like making C code from a
compiled app wouldn't look the same as the original. But good enough for
emergencies :-) If someone wants to write/post one, I know of several
people who'd appreciate it.
