You're right, sorry about that. The code moved from CtlNewControl into a
new routine only called by the Frm*Alert routines. So forms created with
Frm*Alert will behave the same way, but CtlNewControl in 3.5 will always
use the width you specify or else will fit the control precisely to the
text's length if the width parameter is zero.
