Beta Test Site Requirements

1. Regular communication is required. You will be asked to give feedback at
least once a week electronically. There will be a remote site from which you
can send your comments. There will be separate technical and documentation
areas in which to make comments. Regular communication also gives us the
ability to supply you with regular updates and new builds.

2. Please limit your comments via telephone to technical emergencies only.
Comments and reports should be made via the remote web site. The more phone
calls we have to field regarding the same problem, the less time we have to
fix those problems.

3. Please do not distribute, share or show off the beta software to others.
We have selected you to be a beta tester to receive your comments and do
field-testing. VIOLATION OF THIS PROVISION IS CAUSE FOR IMMEDIATE REMOVAL
FROM THE BETA TEST PROGRAM.

4. Beta software is, by nature, a "work in progress" and can be unstable. Do
not replace your current version with this new version or attempt to use new
software to complete a project on a tight deadline.

5. Please note: you will also be required to review and comment on the
documentation in development. In this way we will be able to deliver better
manuals.
