If the debugger you're using is older than the ROM you're using, it could
well be that it just doesn't understand the new heap structure and thus
thinks it is corrupt.
The PalmDebugger application included in the 3.5 SDK is the most up-to-date
of anything along those lines, so you might want to try it out. It ought
to work with any device of any version.
