Provider Pavilion Problems?

How come on the day after I get an email announcing the GM of Palm OS 3.5
when I try to login to the Provider Pavilion, I'm being told I don't know
my username/pw (and for that matter that I don't even exist in their DB if
I ask them to email me my pw).

Sigh...
