DmDeleteCategory and dmAllCategories

Here's an interesting (unexpected) behavior....

using DmDeleteCategory(db, dmAllCategories) returns 0 (success) and also
does not delete any records. Tested with most PalmOS 3.x versions, but not
against 3.5. Is this a bug or a feature? ;)
