Sure, fine.

BTW the reason for this separate PalmDev (the files could just as easily
have been hidden down inside Program Files\PRC-Tools\...) was that I
felt that, since Palm OS programmers spend a lot of time scouring the
SDK headers for information, they ought to be nice and easy to get to.
But you're free to hide PalmDev down in Program Files if you want to.  :-)

It knows by way of the Ancient Magic called `mount'.

If you put PalmDev somewhere other than C:\PalmDev, the installer creates
a /PalmDev Cygwin mount pointing to your location, so that the tools can
pretend that it really is at /PalmDev.  See my recent message in the thread
"prc-tools 2.0 installation failure...." on pilot.programmer.gcc for details.

(I was going to let people who moved PalmDev get what they deserved, but
Kenneth Albanowski made me put this in at the last minute :-).  So I guess
he was right...  and you own Kenneth a chocolate fish...)
