I tend to agree with you. Last time I looked at the requirements, 
certain things seemed too out of line with reality for us to bother 
certifying a new version of one of our applications. I don't remember 
the specifics, but it made us rethink certification.

True too. We do get extra web site traffic, and ultimately, sales, 
from being listed as a Platinum solution, but we don't mention that 
fact anywhere ourselves. We don't use the logo, nothing.
