PLEASE HELP LOST NEWBIE !!

I've been trying to "Join the Palm Solution Provider Program" for some days and filled 
up the form at least 6 times...
And I'm still waiting for a user name and password to get a bloody rom image for POSE 
!!!

PLEASE HELP ME !!!

I really think i'm about to eat my mouse !
