converting old projects

Hi,

Anyone more who has tried to convert the project-samples
in Glenn Bachmanns 'Palm Programming' to a newer
version of CodeWarrior (Release 6) ?.
The rsrc-files seems to become empty after convertion,
and I can't get rid of a reference to the Palm 2.0 library.
