I just finished putting 3.5 on my IIIx and it's working fine. The only thing
I've found that won't work is FlashPro, and only because it aborts
immediately when it doesn't see OS 3.0, 3.1, or 3.3. All my hacks appear to
work fine.

Has anyone here used the Palm "Upgrade_Utility.exe" program to install the
latest 3.5 ROM image on a Palm IIIx? I assume that this uses the EZ version
(non-color, obviously). If so, is it working OK? I guess my biggest concern
would be compatibility with various apps & hacks, since 3.3 managed to break
a few things.
