There aren't that many options for the DTR line because on the Palm it is
hardwired to the power of the 232 tranceiver. By opening and closing the
serial port you can control the voltage of DTR to be +3 or +6V however.
Maybe if you say what you need we can suggest how to work around some
limitations like this. With some help from others on this list I have been
able to control the RTS and TXD lines via Dragonball (EZ) register
manipulation. Certainly not the preferred method but just about the only
way to do it.
Help yourself to the code but be sure to fix any bugs :)
