It also covers 3.1, 3.2, and 3.3 (as well as 1.0 and 2.0). I have no
idea what the 1/2000 stuff is, but the 9/99 version of the doc should
be the final 3.3 version of the Palm OS API docs.
3.5 documentation is still being worked on. I believe there is a
preliminary version of the 3.5 documentation available in the
provider pavillion -- if you download the latest version of the 3.5
SDK, you should find it in the Documentation folder.
