This explains my point. There are a some of you that took a big misunderstanding of
what I said. Palm has been very successful
for being simple. Putting in floating point parsing adds a minority utilized
complexity that changes this paradigm. Color will be
used by many, hence it fits into Palm's "simplicity evolution".
Personally, I consider myself a very big "defender of the faith" as far as this goes
and I do it without apology. Seeing way too
many products go down the featurism drain from Pavlonianly responding to feature
requests, I'm very glad to be in a community were
it is going right and I'll be damned to see it veer from this path.
