problem with Lst

I have a form with a sample popup control associated with a list.  Both
of these were created in the Code Warrior resource editor.
The problem I'm having is that the list is open when the form is opened
and remains open.  It doesn't appear to be associated with
the popup control at all.  Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong here?
