Well I get that same message ("SysEvtMgr.c line:1171, Pen q out of sync".)
even on my real PalmIIIc, so I presume that's using a GM rom....
If you want to try it yourself to see it, I'm happy to send you the hack to
try.
But I'm going out of my mind trying to fix this bug. It doesn't make any
sense at all. An older version of my hack actually doesn't display this
behavior, when put through the same paces. But I can't see that there's any
significant change in the code logic between then and my current version,
at least not the form displaying code.
I must admit I still use ResEdit and MPW to build my hacks. I wonder if
I somehow got some old or broken resource templates for the form or list....
Maybe it's time to get out a hex editor.
