I'm looking for example source code, which is a small Standard IO Provider Application (as described on page 347 of the Programmer's Companion). I've looked at the NetSample code, and it's VERY close, but it cheats and uses AppStdIO.c directly, so it's not a "true" stdio provider app. I'm looking for sample code that calls SioInit, SioHandleEvent, and SioFree, etc. Any help, info, etc, will be greatly appreciated!
