Link Error #32 : Unexpected Error #32. List 16 has more items visible than exist.. Compilation halted

I got the link error after adding a new .c file to the project.  Is this
something to do with the CodeWarrior project size?  I am using CodeWarrior 6
(Palm sdk 3.5). Thanks.
