I am reading the free, online version of Palm Programming: The Developer's
Guide.

I actually turned it in an HTMLHelp book, so it's easier to read (having the
table of contents on the left and the actual book on a separate pane makes
it easier to read). I've done the conversion for my own use, but if anyone
is interested, just let me know. A single HTMLHelp file is much simpler to
read offline than a bunch of HTML and image files.
