Perhaps you're using the old SDK, but are your users on new devices?
Perhaps, perhaps not. I'm just giving you the instructions on how to make
it work everywhere, not just on old devices.
Feel free to ignore my carefully written email if you want :-)
FWIW you can always just use the new headers from the 3.5 sdk, and leave
everything else as-is... that way you could call the new functions and so
could fix this visual problem, but wouldn't have to perturb anything else
on your pc/mac other than switching to the new typedefs.
