This is a bug in CW6 when running on Windows 2000. After the first debug
session, the debugger window does not appear.

Thanks for the workaround, Steve. Although a lot of us may not yet be running under
2000, we'll surely need to use your method for debugging purposes when we do jump
to the new OS. Workarounds are great, but would there be a plug-in fix from
Metrowerks
coming out to patch this problem? (and I just bought my CW R6...)
