Plam shipping delays (off-topic; kind-of)

A friend told me he is having problems getting a PalmIIIxe from
Palm.  He says that Palm is telling him that palm is packordered and
having problems making deliveries because they can't get some part.

Anyone know if Palm is having problem getting parts for their
devices?  All devices or just some?  Which parts?
