Perhaps this is not the problem, but I know there is a bug in CW6 and Win
2000 w/ the debugger. This has been fixed internally and hopefully this
plugin will be released for public consumption soon.
For the workaround:
1. Start the POSE.
2. Start the debug session by pressing PF5.
3. Wait for the program download to complete.
4. Then the debugger window should appear, but it doesn't after the first
time.
5. Choose the "Palm" menu, then the "Open Debug Console" item (if the
window is not already open).
6. When the "PalmOS Device Console" window appears, press ENTER.
7. After a momentary pause, the debug window will appear.
8. Press PF5 to start your program.
