WSAGetLastError in Palm

hi folks,
  in windows if we use non blocking sockets then there is WSAGetLastError
that returns WSAWouldBlock for every socket function call that may block.
What is the equivalent error code in Palm of WSAWouldBlock.I serched the doc
but couldnt find.please help me
