I use DmCreateDatabaseFromImage to install several large "freeze-dried"
databases without a problem. I just delete the existing database (if any),
load a resource of some arbitrary unused type (I think I chose 'inst' for
"install"), and then pass a pointer to DmCreateDatabaseFromImage. Works
great for me!
