Hmmm...that's rather a temporal question. At what time did you try accessing
it? My newsreader shows your question posted at 9:07pm on 7/3/00. At the
time I write this, it's 5:23pm on 7/2/00, Pacific Daylight time. No where on
this planet has it reached 9:07pm on 7/3/00, yet. Perhaps when it reaches
that time where you are, the KB will be down. :-) But at the moment, it's
up (I just looked up an article, and the KB worked for me).
