Just download the 3.5 SDK for CodeWarrior (found at
http://www.palmos.com/dev/tech/tools/sdk35.cgi/). It will self-install in
your CodeWarrior for Palm directory at the same level with the 3.1 support
folder. Developing for 3.5 will not break any part of CW.

The updates are embedded in the 3.5 SDK and the Update 1 to the 3.5 SDK.
Also, there are a couple of debugger plugins hosted on the Metrowerks
Website which you can download for Mac or Windows at
ftp://palm:[EMAIL PROTECTED]. Those are all the public updates at
this point.
