<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>:
alp-2x is a QVGA scaled screen size. It overwrites --qvgascaling=no.

The alp-XX screen sizes create a window that fits in the ALP device client
area, which is 220x295.
alp-1x: 1x garnet screen, scaled up
alp-qx: qx garnet screen, unscaled.
alp-2x: 2x garnet screen, scaled down.

These compatibility modes can be used with applications that are not QVGA
compatible. That way, you can run them in double or single density but they
will be displayed scaled to fit the ALP screen sizes.

You can also specify standard garnet screen sizes like 320x480 or 240x320 or
160x220 etc. You'll then have the graffiti area and the garnet status bar.
