Suggestion: 1. Install prc-tools and cygwin. (By the way, it is possible to run prc-tools from a Windows shell instead of a cygwin shell, but you'll still need cygwin installed.) 2. Download some open source Palm stuff. 3. Compile it with "make". 4. Modify it to get the hang of working with it. 5. Use its Makefile as the basis for the Makefile for your own projects (there may be license issues there; to avoid them, use a Makefile from a BSD-licensed project like my own NVBackup or PalmIshido (the code is BSD/GPL; the audiovisuals are GPL)).
