You can write a short program to load each of the keyboard forms and paw
through the memory structure for the form with the debugger to create your
own copy of the definition and then modify it to look the way you want. (I
have done this for one of my programs). Then intercept the keyDown event to
pop the keyboard and pop up your own code. Be careful with the attriutes
field if you do this. If you are using R5, it does not handle bit fields
properly. You will have to look at the actual memory and do your own bit
field translation.

I don't think the tkbd resource is currently documented. Sorry. Most
people wind up patching out the keyboard routines and drawing
alternative keyboards themselves.

If I understand your question correctly, you want to modify the
Graffiti dictionary so that the definition of one of the strokes is
different. There's no documented way to do that either.
