I was the one who asked about it. And was very thankful when I got a
reply.
Now, I just used it to debug my program. I got myself into a jam where I
would get occasional chunk underlock errors. Basically, if your program
flow is sound, you wouldn't have to use MemHandleLockCount to check the
count status.

Take a look at the SDK headers, there are lots of stuff that isn't
documented. Right now, I'm looking aat the Encrypt.h file.
