I hate to post this slightly off-topic post here, but how long does it typically take to gain access to the provider pavilion areas after signing all the documents and mailing them in? It has now been 1 month, 5 days since I've mailed mine in and still have yet to hear a word (my 2 emails to [EMAIL PROTECTED] have gone unanswered). Can anyone tell me if this the normal time it takes even though they say allow 2 weeks for processing? If not, can anyone give me a contact email or phone number where someone will respond?
