The full instruction is more then 3 pages long. It was once published on the site http://www.vfdide.com/ However, it is no longer there. Go there, send an e-mail to the owner of the page asking him help. He should have the instruction somewhere saved. If you not succeed, I will scan my pages and send them to you.
