Digitizer error: Could not access digitizer setting

Dear sir,
 This may not concern the programming but I really need help.
My Palm V, have a digitizer position error while I use Diddle Bug. I could not
set the Preference - Digitizer because I could not reach "Category field".
 Your suggest would be very appreciate.
