Licensing terms for screen capture image of the emulator

Hi,

Not sure whether this is the right forum for this question. We were
wondering the legalities
of using a screen capture of the Palm Emulator in some of our marketing
literature.
Would we need to contact Palm, Inc. for permission?

Any pointers and help are appreciated.
