latest Constructor version

Anyone know where I can get the latest version of Constructor?  I have the
version from the 3.5 SDK Update 1 (downloaded today) but it is v1.5 and
this version completely KO's my system whenever I try to open a new or
existing project. I've heard mention of version 1.5b7.
