What is the Palm standard font ?

Hi,

I'd like to know if the Palm standard font exists on Windows. if it's
not the case, is there a simple way to fetch it on the Palm ?.
I need to make screenshots of Palm on my desktop computer with the exact
font. Anybody can advise me ?
