Since the Win32 code which is included in pilot-link 0.9.3 was also done by me (based on work by Jeff Senn): I ported the entire library for the HotSync protocol, plus the pilot-xfer utility. Everything else is still Unix only. I did that port based on pilot-link 0.9.3, and haven't upgraded it since then. I have no idea whether there are other Win32 ports of pilot-link. The Win32 code for the serial line is actually pretty good. I used a serial port monitoring tool to observe the behavior of the HotSync Manager and then created a faithful reproduction of the exact same timings and parameters.
