The index for the title is 0, although this isn't documented.
The current PalmOS Reference (from June 2000) has different text for
FrmSetTitle -- it indicates that the not-erasing problem was fixed in PalmOS
3.0. It also doesn't mention using FrmHideObject/FrmShowObject.
