The problem with breaking it up into multiple resources is that each of
those resources must be separate databases.  We were not able to find a way
to get them all into a single prc, unless, perhaps, you built a multiple
segment application that generated the library segments - not really getting
away from the problem of the library consisting of multiple files, but
perhaps limiting the burden of the user to installing only one file....
