No, you don't have to set the creator ID to 0x01.
You have to set it to a unique 4-letter combination that is registered with
Palm on http://www.palmos.com/dev/tech/palmos/creatorid/
A sample would be 'MRCN' or 'MrcN'. It's a rule of thumb that it has to be
the same as the creator of the application that creates it.

I tried creating multiple databases and it works for 0x02 and 0x03 but not
0x04 or 0x05
It does however work for 0x10
