Debugger nub for datebook

I am trying to run the DateBook application through CodeWarrior and get the
message

"Can't debug this executable because no appropriate debugger nub can be
found."

All the other built-in applications (that I have tried, Memo, ToDo and
Address) have worked "out of the box."

What do I need to change?
