I'm doing mostly wireless applications, so 3.1 is the base PalmOS version
I'm targetting (there are some wireless hardware options for the older 3.1
Handspring units). I can assume 3.2 for anything dealing with INetLib, and
with the 3.5 update now generally available, most of the units for which I'm
developing can be updated to the most recent OS rev. However, I'm targeting
vertical markets in the business-to-employee segment, so we can get away
with requiring OS updates. If I was doing a general purpose app, I'd
probably target 3.0 as a base, although I'd test on 2.0 and if there were
trivial changes needed for supporting 2.0, I'd go ahead and make them.
