Okay, I fixed it by changing the ID from 2001 to 2012. I'm guessing the
first position is reserved for something, like the form title. Somehow
Codewarrior Constructor assigned my list the first ID. If my thinking is
correct, this must be a commonly experienced problem. I had a difficult time
trying to track down anything related in the knowledge base. Maybe I'll try
the 'ole mailing list archives.
