To start with there is a conduit-dev-forum news group, so it mightn't hurt
to try there.
secondly, it appears to me as though you are using the hotsyncd.exe from
cdk4, and this won't load your normal (non-debug) conduits. There are debug
versions of this conduit supplied with cdk4, however I would suggest getting
cdk4.01 which seems to overcome this problem. Another thing you can do is
from to run hotsyncd.exe with the parameters -ic, this will bring up the
condiuit inspector and give you feedback as to what's happenning.
