Never tried it, to be honest. In the corporate settings I've been
involved with there were many users "syncing" (just copying data,
really) to an Oracle database, but they each had a PC with a cradle.
That worked ok, but only because the IT department had control over what
went on each PC and Palm device, and kept it all minimal.
In a more complex setting the Aether Software stuff looks much nicer, I
agree. I just wanted to point out that it might not be necessary
sometimes.
