CW Constructor not on taskbar

Has anyone using Code Warrior had any problems with the Constructor app not appearing 
on the taskbar when the program is running?

If I minimize Constructor then I cannot acess the program any more.  I have to end the 
task through the ctl-alt-del window.

I have a Sony F540 laptop running Win98.
